Our current work brings together culinary storytelling, travel publishing, and field-focused digital tools.
An independent culinary travel storytelling project built around authentic kitchens, regional dishes, local traditions, and the people who preserve them.
Research for the first journey covers Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, with a focus on documenting real food experiences alongside cultural and practical context.
The project is being developed as a multi-volume publishing concept, with accompanying editorial and digital material.
A companion application being developed for field research and future travel experiences.
Its current development work focuses on organizing trip information, culinary objectives, journals, photographs, expenses, and offline access to essential information.
Status: Under development and private testing. Not currently offered as a public download or commercial service.
